Los Angeles, California — According to state and local economic development sources Los Angeles County Museum of Art plans to invest $750,000,000.00 to build out 347,500 square feet of new space in Los Angeles. The company plans to occupy the new space at Wilshire Blvd. in Los Angeles, on or about December 1, 2023. According to the company website Located on the Pacific Rim, LACMA is the largest art museum in the western United States, with a collection of more than 142,000 objects that illuminate 6,000 years of artistic expression across the globe.
