Kingwood, Texas — According to state and local economic development sources Humble Independent School District plans to invest $55,800,000.00 to build out 204,000 square feet of new space in Kingwood. The company plans to occupy the new space at 2407 Pine Terrace Drive in Kingwood, on or about February 1, 2023.
