Richmond, Texas — According to state and local economic development sources BBVA USA plans to invest $680,000.00 to build out 8,500 square feet of new space in Richmond. The company plans to occupy the new space at 7627 W Grand Pkwy S in Richmond, on or about July 1, 2021.
