Dallas, Texas — According to state and local economic development sources UT Southwestern Medical Center plans to invest $3,693,111.00 to build out 30,938 square feet of new space in Dallas. The company plans to occupy the new space at 5323 Harry Hines Boulevard in Dallas, on or about January 1, 2022. According to the company website UT Southwestern, one of the premier academic medical centers in the nation, integrates pioneering biomedical research with exceptional clinical care and education. The institution’s faculty includes many distinguished members, including six who have been awarded Nobel Prizes since 1985.
