Fort Worth, Texas — According to state and local economic development sources JPS Health Network plans to invest $2,400,000.00 to build out 10,202 square feet of new space in Fort Worth. The company plans to occupy the new space at 1500 S Main St in Fort Worth, on or about May 1, 2022. According to the company website JPS Health Network is a $950 million, tax-supported health care system for Tarrant County in North Texas. Anchored by a 537-bed acute care hospital, the network includes more than 46 community-based clinics, including 20 school-based clinics. John Peter Smith Hospital is home to Tarrant County’s first and only Level 1 Trauma Center, its only psychiatric emergency services site and has the largest family medicine residency program in the nation. Our network employs more than 6,500+ people. JPS Health Network continues to serve the needs of the families in Tarrant County, working to improve health status and access to health care. The facilities on Main Street have grown to a hospital licensed for 573 beds that is attached to a Patient Care Pavilion a five-story acute care facility, along with an outpatient care center and a dedicated facility for psychiatric services.
