Charlotte, North Carolina — According to state and local economic development sources Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools plans to invest $28,063,700.00 to build out 100,297 square feet of new space in Charlotte. The company plans to occupy the new space at 7200 Folger Dr in Charlotte, on or about July 1, 2022. According to the company website Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools (CMS) is located in the Charlotte, North Carolina region and provides academic instruction, rigor and support each school day to more than 148,299 students in kindergarten through 12th grade in 176 schools throughout the cities and towns of Mecklenburg County.
