Oxford, Ohio — According to state and local economic development sources Miami University plans to invest $45,000,000.00 to build out 111,000 square feet of new space in Oxford. The company plans to occupy the new space at 301 S. Patterson Ave in Oxford, on or about November 1, 2023. According to the company website Miami University, established in 1809, is ranked among the top 50 national public universities by U.S. News & World Report.
