Krum, Texas — According to state and local economic development sources CoServ Electric plans to invest $15,000,000.00 to build out 98,000 square feet of new space in Krum. The company plans to occupy the new space at 13759 West US 380 in Krum, on or about July 1, 2025. According to the company website CoServ is an electric and gas distribution company serving North Texas since 1937. Doing business as CoServ Electric since 1998, we now have over 11,253 miles of electric infrastructure serving more than 264,000 meters across Denton, Collin, Cooke, Grayson, Tarrant and Wise counties.
