Prairie View, Texas — According to state and local economic development sources Prairie View A&M University plans to invest $52,500,000.00 to build out 105,512 square feet of new space in Prairie View. The company plans to occupy the new space at 737 DW Martin Street in Prairie View, on or about July 1, 2023.
