Austin, Texas — According to state and local economic development sources Guadalupe Neighborhood Development Corporation plans to invest $30,000,000.00 to build out 155,000 square feet of new space in Austin. The company plans to occupy the new space at 2013 Montopolis Dr. in Austin, on or about August 1, 2024. According to the company website Guadalupe Neighborhood Development Corporation (GNDC) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit that celebrates over thirty five years of service to its community as an affordable housing provider to families from East Austin. GNDC is dedicated to use its resources exclusively for charitable and educational purposes related to the development and rehabilitation of high quality affordable housing for low to moderate income families. GNDC also works for the improvement, revitalization and preservation of the residential neighborhood.
