Fort Worth, Texas — According to state and local economic development sources HealthTexas Provider Network (HTPN) plans to invest $1,200,000.00 to build out 10,400 square feet of new space in Fort Worth. The company plans to occupy the new space at 1250 8th Avenue Suite 650 in Fort Worth, on or about February 1, 2022. According to the company website Health Texas Provider Network (HTPN) is a multi-specialty medical group with more than 1,300 providers, practicing in more than 360 care-sites in the North Texas area. In affiliation with Baylor Scott & White Health, HTPN has experienced remarkable success in developing and implementing effective quality improvement initiatives that have improved the patient experience and thrust us into the realm of a high-performing medical group. Through multiple transformation activities, HealthTexas has made significant progress toward staying abreast of the ever-changing healthcare industry and its future of increasing transparency, changing care models and shifting reimbursement. HealthTexas obtained NCQA Patient-Centered Medical Home recognition for 87 (and still growing) primary care facilities. HTPN implemented an EHR system throughout the network and enhanced the clinical data warehouse to improve physician reporting and develop patient portal functionality. In addition, HealthTexas continues to participate in various CMS initiatives and population health management through current and future PCMH contracts.
