Houston, Texas — According to state and local economic development sources St. Luke’s Health plans to invest $128,000,000.00 to build out 1,357,400 square feet of new space in Houston. The company plans to occupy the new space at 7200 Cambridge in Houston, on or about July 1, 2025. According to the company website St. Lukes Health is a part of Catholic Health Initiatives (CHI), one of the nations largest health systems. Headquartered in Englewood, Colorado, CHI operates in 19 states and comprises 105 hospitals, including four academic medical centers and teaching hospitals; 30 critical-access facilities; community health services organizations; accredited nursing colleges; home health agencies; and other services that span the inpatient and outpatient continuum of care.
