Corpus Christi, Texas — According to state and local economic development sources Del Mar College plans to invest $6,500,000.00 to build out 18,200 square feet of new space in Corpus Christi. The company plans to occupy the new space at 101 Baldwin Blvd. in Corpus Christi, on or about April 1, 2024. According to the company website Del Mar College is a comprehensive community college dedicated to enhancing the economic, cultural and social life of its students and those in the Corpus Christi Bay Area. Founded in 1935, Del Mar College enrolls over 21,000 students each year in academic, occupational, technical and continuing education programs. The core of the Colleges success is the faculty who supply the educational experience and credentials that maintain the institutions high standards.
