Tyler, Texas — According to state and local economic development sources Mewbourne Oil Company plans to invest $20,000,000.00 to build out 50,000 square feet of new space in Tyler. The company plans to occupy the new space at 3620 Old Bullard Rd in Tyler, on or about December 1, 2023. According to the company website Established in 1965, Mewbourne Oil Company has grown into one of the more prominent independent oil and natural gas producers in the Anadarko and Permian Basins of Texas, Oklahoma and New Mexico.
