Aubrey, Texas — According to state and local economic development sources Mustang Special Utility District plans to invest $15,884,871.00 to build out 23,041 square feet of new space in Aubrey. The company plans to occupy the new space at 7985 FM 2931 in Aubrey, on or about November 1, 2023. Located in the rapidly growing Northern Dallas Metroplex area, the District currently serves approximately 30,000 residential customers, along with a growing number of commercial customers on the US Hwy 380 corridor.
