Houston, Texas — According to state and local economic development sources Borealis plans to invest $1,200,000.00 to build out 11,046 square feet of new space in Houston. The company plans to occupy the new space at 2050 W. Sam Houston Parkway S. Suite 1450 in Houston, on or about April 1, 2023.
