San Antonio, Texas — According to state and local economic development sources Alamo Colleges District plans to invest $1,700,000.00 to build out 90,350 square feet of new space in San Antonio. The company plans to occupy the new space at 1400 W. Villaret Blvd. in San Antonio, on or about January 1, 2021. According to the company website The Alamo Colleges District is comprised of five independently accredited community colleges San Antonio College, St. Philip’s College, Palo Alto College, Northwest Vista College and Northeast Lakeview College offering more than 425 associate degree and certificate programs. These include occupational programs that prepare students for jobs, as well as arts and science courses that lead to Associate of Arts and Associate of Science degrees and transfer to four-year universities.
