Savannah, Georgia — According to state and local development sources, Staplcotn plans to invest $5,226,400.00 to build out 72,000 square feet of new space in Savannah. The company plans to occupy the new space at 2620 Seaboard Coastline Dr in Savannah, on or about February 1, 2024. According to the company website Founded in 1921, Staple Cotton Cooperative Association (Staplcotn) is the oldest and one of the largest cotton marketing cooperatives in the United States. We provide a range of services to our members, including: domestic and export marketing; cotton warehousing; and agricultural financing, which is available through Stapldiscount, the lending arm of Staplcotn.
