Louisville, Kentucky — According to state and local development sources, Shawnee Christian Healthcare Center plans to invest $1,700,000.00 to build out 9,600 square feet of new space in Louisville. The company plans to occupy the new space at 234 Amy Ave in Louisville, on or about March 1, 2024. According to the company website SCHC provides healthcare for the whole person including primary care, dental, and behavioral health. Our mission is to provide high quality care for every patient; to treat the whole person, emphasizing physical, spiritual, and psychological well-being. Shawnee Christian Healthcare Center is deemed a Health Center Program Grantee the under 42 USC 254(b) by the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) as part of an award totaling $1,069,258 with 79.2% financed with non-governmental sources and an award totaling $82,759 with 13.6% financed with non-governmental sources.
