Nassau Bay, Texas — According to state and local development sources, Houston Methodist plans to invest $10,000,000.00 to build out 16,000 square feet of new space in Nassau Bay. The company plans to occupy the new space at 2020 Nasa Rd 1 in Nassau Bay, on or about 5/1/2025.
