Chesapeake, Virginia — According to state and local development sources, Associated Builders and Contractors plans to build out 11,809 square feet of new space in Chesapeake. The company plans to occupy the new space at 530 Independence Pkwy Suite 500 in Chesapeake, on or about June 1, 2024.
