Wesley Chapel, Florida — According to state and local development sources, Orlando Health plans to invest $37,267,397.00 to build out 136,388 square feet of new space in Wesley Chapel. The company plans to occupy the new space at 3000 Wiregrass Ranch Boulevard in Wesley Chapel, on or about August 1, 2024.
