Exfluor Research Corporation to spend $7,700,000.00 to occupy 46,993 square feet of space in Round Rock Texas.
Round Rock, Texas — According to state and local development sources, Exfluor Research Corporation plans to invest $7,700,000.00 to build out 46,993 square feet of new space in Round Rock. The company plans to occupy the new space at 2350 Double Creek Drive in Round Rock, on or about October 1, 2024. According to the company website Exfluor Research Corporation began in 1984 with the purpose of developing a commercially viable method for conversion of hydrocarbons to fluorocarbons using elemental fluorine. In the 1980s, Exfluor concentrated its efforts on contract research mainly for the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) and the United States Air Force developing specialty space lubricants, nonflammable hydraulic fluids, and specialty coatings. Our unique method of direct fluorination propelled us to make a transition in the early 1990s from doing strictly research to manufacturing specialty fluorinated chemicals. Exfluor currently has over 25 U.S. patents covering its fluorination process and many of the fluorinated products. Today, you can find our products and technology on everything from satellites to televisions. Our patented process allows us to manufacture unique structures in gram to multi-ton quantities. Exfluor Research Corporation is dedicated to customer satisfaction and in developing new kinds of products tailor-made to meet our customers requirements. We welcome all custom synthesis requests for large or small quantities.
