Houston, Texas — According to state and local development sources, Star of Hope Mission plans to invest $39,200,000.00 to build out 107,029 square feet of new space in Houston. The company plans to occupy the new space at 2575 Reed Rd. Bldg. 10 in Houston, on or about August 1, 2025. According to the company website Star of Hope is a Christ-centered community dedicated to meeting the needs of homeless men, women and their children. Positive life-changes are encouraged through structured programs which focus on spiritual growth, education, employment, life-management and recovery from substance abuse. On any given day, there are approximately 1,000 homeless men, women and children being helped at the Men’s Development Center, the Women & Family Development Center at Star of Hope’s Cornerstone Community, and Extended Services.
