San Marcos, Texas — According to state and local development sources, Texas State University plans to invest $2,400,000.00 to build out 5,039 square feet of new space in San Marcos. The company plans to occupy the new space at 231 N. Guadalupe St in San Marcos, on or about July 1, 2024.
