San Jose, California — According to state and local development sources, Bellarmine College Preparatory plans to invest $28,558,311.00 to build out 45,181 square feet of new space in San Jose. The company plans to occupy the new space at 960 Hedding St Bldg 4 in San Jose, on or about October 1, 2024. According to the company website Bellarmine College Preparatory is a community of men and women gathered together by God for the purpose of educating the student to seek justice and truth throughout his life. We are a Catholic school in the tradition of St. Ignatius of Loyola, the Founder of the Society of Jesus.
