Cedar Rapids, Iowa — According to state and local development sources, Google plans to invest $576,000,000.00 to build out square feet of new space in Cedar Rapids. The company is creating 31 new jobs at this facility. The company plans to occupy the new space at 76th Ave. and Edgewood Road SW in Cedar Rapids, on or about January 1, 2026. According to the company website Googles mission is to organize the worlds information and make it universally accessible and useful. Since our founding in 1998, Google has grown by leaps and bounds.
