Fruitland Park, Florida — According to state and local development sources, AdventHealth plans to build out 19,000 square feet of new space in Fruitland Park. The company plans to occupy the new space at Colony Boulevard and County Road 466A in Fruitland Park, on or about September 1, 2025.
