Wylie, Texas — According to state and local development sources, Wylie Independent School District plans to invest $36,715,000.00 to build out 108,685 square feet of new space in Wylie. The company plans to occupy the new space at Brown Street in Wylie, on or about August 1, 2025. According to the company website Wylie ISD is a fast-growing school district in southern Collin County, 25 miles northeast of metropolitan Dallas. Covering 41 square miles, the district serves more than 18,000 students. In Wylie ISD, we believe in graduating students who are ready to be difference makers in the world.
