Grand Ledge, Michigan — According to state and local development sources, University of Michigan Health plans to build out 54,000 square feet of new space in Grand Ledge. The company plans to occupy the new space at 5677 E. Saginaw Highway in Grand Ledge, on or about October 1, 2026.
