Magnolia, Texas — According to state and local development sources, Montgomery County ESD 10 plans to invest $8,500,000.00 to build out 15,086 square feet of new space in Magnolia. The company plans to occupy the new space at 27114 FM 2978 in Magnolia, on or about November 1, 2025. According to the company website The Magnolia Volunteer Fire Department is dedicated to providing the highest level of emergency services to the citizens of Montgomery County Emergency Service District No. 10.
