Weirton, West Virginia — According to state and local development sources, Cleveland-Cliffs plans to invest $150,000,000.00 to expand in Weirton. The company is creating 600 new jobs at this facility. The company plans to occupy the new space at 299 Cove Rd, Weirton in Weirton, on or about March 1, 2026.
