Zephyrhills, Florida — According to state and local development sources, MiTek plans to invest $80,000,000.00 to build out 480,000 square feet of new space in Zephyrhills. The company is creating 25 new jobs at this facility. The company plans to occupy the new space at North Tampa Bay Industrial Park in Zephyrhills, on or about March 1, 2026.
