West Seneca, New York — According to state and local development sources, Upstate Niagara Cooperative plans to invest $150,000,000.00 to build out new space in West Seneca. The company is creating 130 new jobs at this facility. The company plans to occupy the new space at 3300 N America Dr in West Seneca, on or about October 1, 2026.
