Cheyenne, Wyoming — According to state and local development sources, Laramie County plans to invest $5,500,000.00 to build out 74,476 square feet of new space in Cheyenne. The company plans to occupy the new space at 2020 Carey Avenue in Cheyenne, on or about October 1, 2025. As of the 2020 United States Census, the population was 100,512 or 17.4% of the state’s total 2020 population, making it the most populous county in Wyoming, but the least populous county in the United States to be the most populous in its state.
