Santander Bank to expand into 1.6 Million square feet of space in Miami Florida.
Miami, Florida — According to state and local development sources, Santander Bank plans to build out 1,600,000 square feet of new space in Miami. The company plans to occupy the new space at 1401 Brickell in Miami, on or about October 1, 2027. According to the company website Santander Bank, N.A., headquartered in Boston, is one of the countrys largest retail and commercial banks with $89.5 billion in assets. The Banks approximately 9,200 employees and more than 3 million customers are principally located in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Connecticut, Rhode Island, New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Delaware.
