Williamson County Emergency Services District No 7 to spend $1 Million to occupy 6,000 square feet of space in Florence Texas.
Florence, Texas — According to state and local development sources, Williamson County Emergency Services District No 7 plans to invest $1,000,000.00 to build out 6,000 square feet of new space in Florence. The company plans to occupy the new space at 301 South Patterson in Florence, on or about April 1, 2025. According to the company website An ESD is a political subdivision of the State of Texas, like a city, a county or school district, responsible for providing fire and first responder services to a specific area. Since approved by the voters in that area, five emergency services commissioners were appointed by the Williamson County Commissioners Court to govern the District and protect the citizens of the ESD area. This is necessary to fund the rising cost of emergency services.
