Sugar Land, Texas — According to state and local development sources, Fort Bend Independent School District plans to invest $207,504,285.00 to build out 468,358 square feet of new space in Sugar Land. The company plans to occupy the new space at 4200 Elkins Road in Sugar Land, on or about September 1, 2028.
