Parkland Health to spend $22 Million to occupy 30,000 square feet of space in Dallas Texas.
Dallas, Texas — According to state and local development sources, Parkland Health plans to invest $22,000,000.00 to build out 30,000 square feet of new space in Dallas. The company plans to occupy the new space at 9432 Walnut Street in Dallas, on or about March 1, 2026. According to the company website Parkland Health first opened its doors in 1894 and is now one of the largest public hospital systems in the country. The hospital averages more than 1 million outpatient visits annually. Services include a Level I Trauma Center, the only verified burn center in North Texas and a Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. The system also includes 20 community-based clinics, including primary care and womens clinics, 12 school-based clinics and numerous outreach and education programs. Parkland is the primary teaching hospital for the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center.
