Lubbock, Texas — According to state and local development sources, Texas Tech University plans to invest $1,820,000.00 to build out 5,186 square feet of new space in Lubbock. The company plans to occupy the new space at 2500 Broadway W. in Lubbock, on or about December 1, 2025.
