Cary, North Carolina — According to state and local development sources, Duke Health plans to build out 111,000 square feet of new space in Cary. The company plans to occupy the new space at Green Level W. Road near Hwy. 540 in Cary, on or about December 1, 2026. According to the company website Duke Health conceptually integrates the Duke University School of Medicine, Duke-NUS Medical School, Duke University School of Nursing, Duke University Health System, our physician practice, Duke Health Integrated Practice, and incorporates the health and health research programs within the Duke Global Health Institute as well as those in schools and centers across Duke University, including the Duke Robert J. Margolis Institute for Health Policy.
