Milwaukee, Wisconsin — According to state and local economic development sources Cream City Labs plans to invest $865,438.00 to build out new space in Milwaukee. The company plans to occupy the new space at 733 N Van Buren St, Suite 1 in Milwaukee, on or about August 1, 2020. According to the company website Cream City Labs is a 17,000 sq. ft. creative space designed to inspire people to solve challenges and search for new market opportunities as we transform the way we serve our clients. Located at our downtown Milwaukee campus, the lab features dedicated space and technologies for internal innovation teams, Cream City Venture Capital start-ups and Northwestern Mutual Data Science Institute faculty and students to experiment and collaborate. Cream City Labs enables our workforce to connect with creative thinkers and digital innovators both within and outside of our company – as we continue to work with the startup community as an investor, commercial partner, customer and mentor. It is a dedicated space for mentoring, co-location and innovation-focused events, such as hackathons, community meetups, STEM programming and training workshops.
