Heath, Ohio — According to state and local development sources, Gealan plans to invest $1,200,000.00 to build out square feet of new space in Heath. The company plans to occupy the new space at 1475 James Pkwy in Heath, on or about May 1, 2025. According to the company website The GEALAN group is one of Europes leading manufacturers of PVC profiles. These are used for the production of windows and doors. The two German sites are located in Obekotzau (headquarters) and Tanna (production and logistics). The team of about 1,600 employees develops and produces the profiles in-house, after which they are distributed throughout Europe. The extrusion tools needed for this are manufactured by GEALAN in its own highly automated tool shop. Based on the profiles, windows, doors and modern sliding solutions are created that are strikingly beautiful, exceptionally stable, top thermally insulated and especially secure. GEALANs offer also includes comprehensive services. Two of these services are the architect consultation and the building construction service. They personally support architects and planners in their daily work. Smart tools simplify planning and tendering. The lecturers of the GEALAN ACADEMY train all partners in informative seminars about GEALAN solutions on the market. In 2023, GEALAN generated annual revenues of 345 million euros.
