The company plans to occupy the new space at 1649 W. Frankford Rd Suite 150 in Carrollton, on or about August 1, 2026. According to the company website The North Texas Emergency Communication Center is a 9-1-1 dispatch center that serves the cities of Carrollton, Coppell, Farmers Branch and the Town of Addison. The NTECC is always open. We are staffed 24/7, 365 days a year. It takes an entire team of well-trained and dedicated individuals to run such an operation. These members are trained in specialized areas of call-taking, police dispatch, fire dispatch, and NCIC operations.
