
Texas State University to spend $8.2 Million to occupy 10,000 square feet of space in Terlingua Texas.
Terlingua, Texas — According to state and local development sources, Texas State University plans to invest $8,200,000.00 to build out 10,000 square feet of new space in Terlingua. The company plans to occupy the new space at Bare Bones Road in Terlingua, on or about December 1, 2025. According to the company website Texas State University is a public, student-centered, Emerging Research University dedicated to excellence in serving the educational needs of the diverse population of Texas and the world beyond. Enrollment in fall 2017 surpassed 38,500, making Texas State the fifth largest university in the state. Texas State offers 98 bachelors, 92 masters and 13 doctoral degrees.
