Amarillo, Texas — According to state and local development sources, Amarillo College plans to invest $5,300,000.00 to build out 35,476 square feet of new space in Amarillo. The company plans to occupy the new space at 6222 SW 9th Avenue in Amarillo, on or about April 1, 2025. According to the company website Amarillo College delivers high-quality and affordable academic classes at six campuses, an outreach center, and a technical training center. Students acquire a solid foundation, whether they are looking to immediately enter the workforce or proceed to a university. Additionally, some 26,000 area residents regularly take advantage of ACs plentiful assortment of professional development and personal enrichment courses under the umbrella of Continuing Education.
