Amylu Foods to spend $5,000,000.00 to expand into new space in Chicago Illinois.
Chicago, Illinois — According to state and local economic development sources Amylu Foods plans to invest $5,000,000.00 to build out new space in Chicago. The company plans to occupy the new space at 1400 W 44th St in Chicago, on or about February 1, 2022. According to the company website In 1992, our founder, Amy Kurzawski, pioneered the chicken sausage category. She’d been working by her grandfather’s side in the family’s traditional sausage company, and she saw an opportunity to make a healthier, pork-free product to meet the growing interest in more healthful foods. Today, the Amylu product lineup includes almost 50 different delicious flavors, as well as meatballs and burgers. All of our product development still starts in Amy’s kitchen, and everything is made from simple, all-natural ingredients. And of course we’re ABF with no nitrates or nitrites. Amylu’s Chicken Sausages have brought all of the deliciousness of traditional sausages to our all-natural, ABF, nitrate and nitrite-free chicken sausages.
