Cary, North Carolina — According to state and local economic development sources Apple plans to invest $1,000,000,000.00 to build out 1,000,000 square feet of new space in Cary. The company plans to occupy the new space at North Carolina Highway 540 in Cary, on or about May 1, 2023.
