Austin, Texas — According to state and local development sources, Austin Convention & Visitors Bureau plans to invest $1,200,000.00 to build out 9,374 square feet of new space in Austin. The company plans to occupy the new space at 111 South Congress Ave., Ste. 700 in Austin, on or about November 1, 2024. According to the company website Visit Austin is the official destination marketing and sales organization for the City of Austin. An accredited member of the Destination Marketing Association International, Visit Austin is charged with marketing Austin nationally and internationally as a premier business and leisure destination, thus enriching our communitys overall quality of life.
