Austin, Texas — According to state and local economic development sources Austin FC plans to invest $195,000,000.00 to build out a 449,734 square foot stadium complex in Austin. The team plans to occupy the new space at 10414 Mckalla Place in Austin, on or about March 1, 2021. According to the company website Austin FC is a professional soccer franchise based in Austin, Texas that will compete in Major League Soccer in 2021, and will open a new stadium at McKalla Place in north central Austin in 2021.
